Ciri's alternative look we haven't yet seen in game, but we have a rough idea. While it doesn't look good, at least it's not horribly inappropriate. Yen's alternative look is a little impractical, but seems to be based on book descriptions. It's not better than the original, but at least it's not jarring. While I will say that I find Triss more pleasant to look at, a big portion of that is my partiality towards redheads, Yennefer is a much, MUCH, better character overall, and if you've read the books, she's the only one that actually makes sense.
